INTRODUCTION

Preamble

The work environment in most organisations worldwide today, is in constant flux and fraught with an inability to meet requirements of markets, policies, contracts and budgets, which generally leads to mismanagement. There are actually over 800,000 organisations currently in Sub saharan Africa that have not performed their works and budgets based on forensic data mostly in sub saharan Africa. This is a technical case for a technology solution, a digital nervous system or a digital transformation of work which fills that gap thus engendering reliability, excellence and ease in work management. This document presents a technical overview of a software system, a digital nervous system called Solutioneer®, designed to improve work management through exactitude, reliability, excellence and ease, emphasizing cost reduction and efficiency. ​ Solutioneer comprises work codification, work requirements, work compliance, work review and work certification. The software aims to facilitate reliable, excellent and easy work management, promoting agility through cloud connectivity and SaaS delivery.

Digital Nervous System

A digital nervous system is a business system where role management, planning, work and collaboration are significantly enhanced by computer technology. Experience has shown that a digital nervous system can better fulfil exactitude in work management than most business systems. Our digital nervous system includes role management (mostly cadre management) in a software as a means to increase quality (excellence) and reduce cost. This inherently made us provide the software as a service as most work environments are in flux and change better managed through agility. This can best be termed consulting-through-software-as-a-service, CSaaS!

RELIABILITY®

Reliability is defined as the quality of being dependable and reliable. It is also the quality of being trustworthy or of performing consistently well. It is certainly the degree to which the result of a measurement, calculation or specification can be depended on to be accurate. Solutioneer® fulfils this through primarily Codification® applications, the feature of work integrity and the Work Requirements Procedure® application. To ensure and assure that your work or system of work is reliable.

CODIFICATION

Worker Identification

The worker identification app aims to uniquely identify workers in an organization using their names, company code identification and a random number algorithm to create a reliable worker identification number using an algorithm. It is meant to use the unique worker identification number to create a barcode that can be used for access control. This ensures and assures that your work will be reliable.

Work Duration Management

The work duration management app aims to help you accurately calibrate reliably the total duration of your work in hours whether for a week, month or years so that work quantification can be carried out per hour or per shift. It can also be used for recording the duration of entry and exit in your establishment or work shift management in your establishment. It ensures and assures reliability by helping in the calculation of work quantities/hour, work quantities/shift and percentage work duration progress. It includes a work duration progress report.
